Uncertainty in Bannings

Is there a way for the banned posters to see a list of charges they are accused of committing? There were a few bannings this morning from one thread on the Rant. One valued TD poster is not sure what his banning is for. Sometimes in the "state your reason for reinstatement" box, questions as to why someone is banned is posed to admins, but the question does not always receive a response. Is there anyway for TD posters to be granted the rights ensured to all Americans in the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America?

Anonymous twitter person calls out anonymous TD posters for simply predicting a lineup (a rather tame/common occurrence). Anonymous TD posters insult anonymous twitter person for being sensitive... some more harshly than others. All banned.

I felt swift and decisive suspension were in order after all the evidence was digested. I will mull their sentences over the weekend.
