Sure wish we could post pics without having to upload to an image host

I’m sure Chicken has reasons, but I think it would liven up the site. So many guys have pics of their wives that they are willing to share, they just don’t want to bother with the hassle.

It's not a hassle at all. You just upload the picture then select "direct link" then paste it on TD. It takes about 30 seconds.

Right click (or hold down image on iPhone), copy image, paste link into “img” box on post. The same method that has always worked still works just fine

I don't think we want to be in the image hosting business...what are the best image hosting companies these days? Imgur? I can look into better integrating with them in some way...

Postimage.org is by far the easiest and quickest way to post images from your phone to TD. No account is required. Just bookmark the site, open it, upload the image, click the button next to "direct link" to copy the image url then come back to the TD tab to post it in the "image" box. It really does only take 30 seconds.
It's been a LONG time since I've done any coding and never did it on this level. But, I can't imagine that there's any feasible way for you to make it any easier than it already is.

You know it never even occurred to me that it may be different on iPhone. 
I've always had android so I'm only speaking as to how it works for me. Maybe Apple isn't the same. I know there's a difference between the two in the quoting function on TD.

Maybe it would be easier to add a button that when clicked on will open up a new tab on phone or computer to postimage ?
Put the button by the img button ?

I just posted a pic from my phone using postimage.org with iPhone. Very quick and easy, especially compared to Imgur.
