I got one too a few weeks ago. And I hired an outside agency to observe the posts on TD and they determined my posts were in the top 25% of quality posts on the board so I determined it is something that pops up if you submit two posts one right after the other.

I have generally gotten it when IMing in a thread, so I would guess that it is something that is automatically generated when you post a bunch in a short timeframe....
