Is there anyway I can get my pick in? I missed the deadline and want to continue playing.

I want to pick Philadelphia

It really is half the battle. We've already had 2 weeks where more people were eliminated by not making a pick than by picking wrong.

Yeah.... Before the games start. Only one has been played so far and I don't want to pick that game

I want the system to be reworked too, but until then, you're dead if you don't pick by Thursday. Sorry.

If by "reworked" you mean the NFL eliminating Thursday night games, then I'm all for it but otherwise pickem is the simplest form of combat known to man.

That would be good too. I was thinking about locking your pick in on Thursday if you pick a team in the Thursday game (to prevent switching in case your team loses), but leaving everything else open until Sunday. A lot of people aren't thinking about the NFL by Thursday, so the deadline can catch them off guard.

Did you come up with that by yourself?

I agree with the system being reworked. If half the people being eliminated are from not picking then it's need to be looked at IMO.

Going to guess the problem is that they can't isolate the thursday night game.

Meaning, if they would to keep it open until sunday, you could pick the winner of the Thursday game.

It's not a secret there is an NFL game every Thursday night. Why is it so difficult to pick by Thursday afternoon?
