Android lollipop chrome phone. Instead it jumps to top of the page.

Jumping to the post you've responded to doesn't work (or doesn't work well) as well

I'm having both the OP and this issue as well.

I tried both to jump to my post and the responding post on Saints Talk, FDB, OT, MAY, and Help Board.
