is the "Like" button disabled?

I tried to like a post a cpl of different times over the past cpl of weeks and it doesn't appear to be working. I'm posting from my phone, but I'm not using the mobile site, if that helps.
I just tried to "like" a post on the Help Board as recently as a few minutes ago. As previously stated, this attempt was unsuccessful.
And no, it wasn't my own post, although I did try that after I noticed said functionality didn't appear to be working and I was unable to "like" my own post either.
This does explain my my posts don't have hundreds and hundreds of "likes" though.

Why is there a share on Facebook button on your post?

I don't do FB, don't even have an account. So it is not anything I did. But I believe the OP of every thread has that option. I believe that functionality has been on here the entire time I've been a member.

With it only being on the OP of a thread it is pretty easy to overlook. Only reason I was aware of it is because I saw a thread where it was mentioned once before.

He probably turned it off to keep all the arse kissers from liking anything and everything he posts.

I was just able to like one of chickens posts. maybe you tried when OT wasn't working earlier.
