Just providing an alternative solution.
Here's a solution you can use for iDevices, not sure about Android:
Go into Settings then into Restrictions and disable Installing Apps. This will hide the App Store and will stop the redirects. Enable the App Store when you need/want to use it.

TD desktop on my phone was just redirecting like a mofo. About every 5 seconds.
