If not religious threads maybe a Spirituality Board?

Our country was founded on faith and for many people it’s the most important thing in their lives.
Why can we discuss soccer, hate crimes, football, and NSFW threads but not church?
Seems a little backwards to not even give people the opportunity.

It’s beyond absurd, and I can’t figure out what the worry is. We get a bit heated in some threads?? Oh no!! That would certainly be a first on this site...
THAT said, our country was not founded on faith, but on the ideals of the Enlightenment, many of which were not consistent with Christianity.
However, we were of course a predominately Christian nation until very recently.

Christians actually try to follow Christ. Believe it or not, they do exist.

If said event destroyed my life than my wife was my idol anyway, and I would be worshipping her more than God.
But of course you should know that where both husband and wife put God first there’s no possibility of a Jody scenario.
