Been going on for s few weeks, but can't copy (to paste) anything on TD via my cellular device.

Something on my end or what?

Sorry to reply so late. But if your keyboard is showing, close it. There should be a blue X.
I'm on iPhone 6s and I use chrome. So idk if that has any affect on it. But I've been having the same issue. Just make sure the keyboard's closed when you try. I know it's frustrating, but that's the only way around it that I know of right now.

Lemme know if this works

The annoying issue I have like this on TD is when I copy something it will only paste about half or 3/4 of what I copied into the text box.

No clue how to describe it, but make sure to highlight it word by word. If it's highlighting line by line, it's gonna do that. Idk why.
It's hard to explain exactly what I mean. So if you need me to elaborate, I'll try

I'm dyslexic. It's 9.3.2. My bad

Edit: So maybe an update will help. I can copy.

I'm on 9.3.2 as well. I've noticed more issues with highlighting words and all that. But the solution I mentioned earlier still works.

But highlighting words is a chore now. It's both frustrating and incovienent.

Chicken, I found if you double tap the screen where you want to quote and then hold it, you can copy and paste. Try it and let me know if it works for you
