How does one quote another?

When you reply to a post, it's one of the boxes to the right.

A window will open and to the immediate right you'll see a few options like "link" "img" (short for image) and at the bottom you'll see a button that has the word "quote"


Hit that and copy the quote you want and paste it in the window that opens.
