Getting a Leave This Page / Stay On This Page message

I just started getting a strange browser pop-up on TD/SECRant in the last few days. When I click to go into a thread or change boards, I get a popup box with the choices of leave this page or stay on this page.
It doesn't happen every time, so I am not sure if it is being caused by a certain ad or ad provider. Yesterday it seemed to happen if there was a Walgreens ad on the top or sidebar, but it is happening today and I haven't seen a Walgreens ad.
I am using IE 11 on Windows 7, 32 bit.
I have run MalwareBytes and CCleaner and still having the issue.

I'm using Win 7 x64 with IE 11
It's occurring on AT&T, Comcast, Charter and Verizon.
I don't seem to have the problem mobile.

FWIW, this hasn't happened to me once this evening/ tonight. Found the problem or am I just living right?
