Formula for going from OT to IRL scale

Is there one?
There should only be 1 scale.
Some chump can say he friend zoned an IRL 8.5 to feel good about him self but she ain't actually that fine. If she's an OT 5 she's a 5

IRL Rating = [3(OT Rating)/2.1] + [3/(OT Rating)]

I always make IRL 2 points higher, but 2-3 is about right I would say.

how about
(IRL/pi)^1.75 = OT

This is the most legit thread on the help board. I'm sad that it gets drowned out by the hardleg festival that has become reinstatement threads.

I figured this out a while ago. If I remember right, its 1.3x+1.
So an OT 5 would be a 7.5
I'll figure out one that is self correcting so you can't go over 10.

The one in my previous post is far better than that.
it would give the following IRL -> OT numbers
10 -> 7.58
9 -> 6.31
8 -> 5.13
7 -> 4.06
6 -> 3.1
5 -> 2.25
4 -> 1.52
3 -> .92
2 -> .45
1 -> .13
