if its an issue with your root record not able to point root to an alias then move your zone to a cloud DNS provider. I can do this for you if you let me shitepost all I want without getting anchored.

It's not DNS or the firewall. Trust me. My customers tell me that on a daily basis when they break their shite.

Your root zone isn't pointing at the same Azure endpoint that www. is.

Issue should be fixed now… The SSL certificates expired… But we thought they were renewed when we switched to the new server.
