FAQ: Why do I keep getting logged off of TD?

The most common reason is that you are in Private Browsing Mode while using Safari, or you are in Incognito Mode while using Chrome. Those modes restrict TD from dropping a cookie on your phone that allows us to keep you logged in. So, turn those modes off, dummy.

I'm having a issue that may be related to this - it says:

Internet Explorer and it just started doing this to me tonight. This is my work computer and it has never done this before in 7 years, several different computers but I've never had this issue before and I haven't changed anything on this computer since September.

I have cookies enabled and I still have to log in every time I close safari.

I'm having this problem too on my phone. I just changed my password using my laptop bc I thought that would fix it but it's still saying I have to be logged in.
