chet stedman text me and said he got a message saying "your posts are being reviewed for quality control purposes,please be patient" and now he can't post. Is he banned and if so what did he do to get banned?

He is banned for post quality... Admins thought he needed a break from posting obviously, and it's pretty clear just from the PM
FWIW I was banned for that once, and it took 7 months for me to get unbanned
