I had to close it on my laptop. It was popping up every time I clicked on TD. No problems with multiple other sites. This is solely TD related.

Yep, it started again this morning. I had to close it out on the laptop. It's awful. Every time you click, the page comes up.

I've reported it many times over the past months. It comes and goes. Right now, it appears to have subsided or, at least, I've been able to post a few times without a page coming up. Our IT folks are going to ban TD if it doesn't stop. If you click on that page by accident, I believe you'll get a nasty something or other.
It's not malware or anything. I had my IT guys check my computer one of the last times it kept happening and it was clean as a whistle. It only occurs when I use TD. If I close TD, all is well on the innerwebs.
ETA: I spoke too soon. It's back. Closing out and going to my phone again, which I hate.

I just got a re-direct to update java on my work computer. Running IE on windows.
ETA: I was in the M/TV board season thread for The Strain. On the last page of the thread. My pop up blocker has been going pretty crazy lately as well.

I tried again and the same page popped up, but this time I couldn't close the page. Had to go task deal and close everything to get out of it.

It's more obnoxious than it was. I have to close the whole window and all pages opened in that window to get rid of that page. Before, I could simply close the one page and leave TD and my work related pages open. It's just not workable any longer.

I got several just before my last post. I closed TD on my laptop and went to my phone. I've just reopened it on the laptop to check since I saw your post. I'll fool around on TD a bit and let you know a little later whether I've had one. It seems to clear for an hour or so and then come right back.
ETA: Well, that was shortlived. Got again as soon as I finished posting and clicked on a thread on FDB. Same one. Have to close this on my laptop again.
