I keep it in my routine,started with p90x years ago. Now I try and hit a class once a week. Anyone else or am I beta?

Buddy of mine started yoga a couple years ago...

He's now a vegan.

Not beta at all. Even if you are a big meathead it's great for injury prevention and even stretching the fascia some.

my only experience with it is through p90x as well, but I love it. I'd really like to take a beginners class or 5 to get some guidance on form and things like that, but that shite is expensive and caters towards stay at home moms with class times and all that.

I might just look into something like Daily Burn and do some of those.

the membership can be pricey, but there are several intro specials or groupons which can get you in the door pretty cheap

home workout dvd's done by Tony Horton. They'll whoop your arse. There's a p90 (easiest) p90x (hard), P90x2 (hardest) p90x3 (easier) seems to be the progression. v3 is 30 minute long routines all the way through...p90x routines can vary from 45-1.5 hours long I think (the yoga was apparently stupid long in that one)
