I typical mix 93/7 turkey and 99/1 turkey.

40 g of protein for 120-150 cals.

Can’t find anything leaner than 90/10 beef.
I’ll use that when I want a treat

It may reduce the calories because you are getting more fat out, but it doesn't increase the protein content. I don't buy any store ground beef under 90/10. I get 85/15 when I purchase a 1/4 cow from a local farm, but they mix in liver. It is so tasty.

I see 93/7 and 96/4 at Kroger in Ga all the time. Not much difference in calories between 90/10 and 93/7 though.
