I ran across a website the other day and remember someone mentioning it on the OT a few months back. I've got a bad wing and a bad wheel right now and am exploring alternative means of exercise. Is this just for soccer moms and hipsters or could a late 30s man get something out of it? I honestly have very little idea what it's all about.

I brought this place up a couple of months ago. A poster mentioned that it's a haven of trophy wives and former "sorostitues". It's a ballet-driven regimen and seems to be the new fitness craze. At least in Baton Rouge and NOLA markets.

I did barre once. It sucked. Small pulses in awkward positions for minutes at a time. It's a chick workout for sure - but that doesn't make it easy.

It's for women who miss their glory days of dance recitals and toe touches. Very much over priced and very much is the next short lived trend

Wife did it for some time. It is what they have said here, a girls workout.

It is not very convenient either and expensive. You have to sign-up for classes and the cancel policy is not friendly for people with real jobs.
