I had some time before my flight this morning so hit up the Daily News for a water and some snacks. I usually grab some generic water, but today I saw the Propel and it’s electrolytes branding and figured I’d check it out with how hot it’s been
Now I’m sitting here drinking this strawberry kiwi that might as well be full-on koolaid, and I’m trying to figure out wtf is in this damn thing! It says 0 grams of sugar, but surely there’s something horrible for me in here. How the hell can they make it taste so good but apparently have no ingredients?

Sucralose most likely. Maybe even aspartame. Won’t make you fat but might increase certain risks depending on who you believe.

They're required to put that information on the side of the bottle.

How do you think they get the strawberry kiwi flavor without actual strawberries or kiwis in the ingredients?

Propel has sucralose, generic name for Splenda.
That has been my favorite, for a while since it has no artificial coloring. Now I read that sucralose is no good, possibilty it actually alters DNA.
