What type of dr would I see for a radial nerve possible issue?

Something stemming from neck issue causing arm issues. Radial nerve is my best guess at this moment.

I saw a neurologist for something similar about 3 years ago.

Orthopedic surgeon that has a spine background or a neurosurgeon. Not suggesting surgery but to rule it out. They will need an MRI and a x ray. Assuming there’s no surgical lesion they will suggest PT most likely.
