What is this piece of equipment?

Local auction.. never seen this before and trying to figure out what it is.

This is a Legend Fitness commercial plate-loaded Standing Leg Curl machine (most likely model 3175 or a very similar variant).
You stand on the octagonal diamond-plate platform, brace against the padded section, and use the green foam rollers to perform single-leg hamstring curls. The side handles give you stability, and plates load onto a peg on the machine.

It’s built for gyms, schools, or athletic facilities (heavy-duty welded steel frame, made in the USA). The photo is from a Public Surplus auction listing (inventory #824521), so this particular unit is used/surplus equipment.

its a legend brand piece which is a top manufacture.

you put a bosu ball in the octogon and do nordics, ghd etc with it

Thanks for the effort. Crazy, that it was able to find where the picture was from.

But I don't think this is for standing leg curls.. The pictures of that model number don't similar to this one at all.

Thanks. It does look like it would fit a Bosu ball. Such a unique piece, but I will likely pass. Too big for a home gym
