Joined the 1000 pound club. Hit plateaus in deadlift and squat but my bench keeps rising, which oddly enough is the opposite of when I was younger. Will try to devote more time to legs in 2020 and get back to running.

Lost 80lbs. Lifted and ran steadily and now stronger lb for lb than I’ve ever been.
