Vitamins or Supplements for Dry Skin

Anyone got recommendations for dry skin? I’ve got some topical prescription stuff that works, but I’m wondering if there’s a vitamin/supp that anyone has had success with. Internet is scattered all over the place on it.

You can get a cheap filter to put on your shower head that makes it basically soft water.
