I've seen folks say do half a dropper two days then 1/4 dropper and your good for 3 days.
In kick starting with that. I did a half yesterday and had that major wood this morning. Just did another half. If its too much ill report on it.

I've had it work a couple hours after.
But typically if I'm getting ready for the weekend - I'll do a dose on thursday night and a dose friday afternoon. Will last throught Sunday evening or so.
