Woke up w/ vertigo this am.

Any over the counter remedies or do I just need to see the doc?

Had a head cold a week ago and still have some congestion but that never caused dizziness before.

Bonine is OTC

It's meclizine (generic) which is the same drug in Antivert which is what we often give for vertigo

Sinus issues can mirror vertigo. Give it a day or so.

Thanks for the input. Went to the Immediate Care and paid $65 to be told pretty much the same things I learned on this board.

I did get a prescription and an explanation of why vertigo develops.

Go on YouTube and watch the videos on exercises to do. It'll help you immensely.

Thanks. The doctor did say there were on line videos with exercises that would help.
