V02 Max Test and Max Fat HR Burn

So......
I recently had my VO2 Max score calculated. It was a rather easy process of running on a treadmill with a mask on. Your exhalation is captured by some sort of machine and is analyzed (Korr was the manufacturer).
Anyway, one of the many values I got back was Fat Max Burn. Here's the definition that was provided by the tester:
Fat max is the maximum amount of fat burned in grams per minute that we measured during your active metabolic rate test. That heart rate value is 142 BPM. Grams per min is 1.1g/min.
I've converted over to the 80/20 running plan. That plan has 80% of my mileage at a HR of 135-145 which also just happens to be my max fat burn rate. I've struggled to lose the last 10-15 lbs for years now. Moving to this plan melted that off to the point my trainer wants me to add muscle mass now.
I've done no research on this and had never heard of it until I took the test.

What is your volume going to be? If you are running 2 hrs a week I don’t think polarized training would be super helpful

30-50 miles a week. Just depends.

at 10 min per mile pace you need about 7.5 hr (approx 45 miles total) to burn 1lb fat based on the info provided. Not sure if the 10 min pace matches to the prescribed heart rate.

I had it a 2hrs to burn a 1/4 pound. Sounds about right.

That is pretty good volume. I would search polarized training and running so you can find some guidance on how to plan your week to week.

polarized training
Exactly what I'm doing now. 80/20.

I should have read your original post a little more thoroughly lol. Anyways, yeah polarized training is the most researched training method out there for aerobic based sports (running & cycling). Famous American exercise physiologist Dr. Stephen Seiler being one of the pioneers in that aera of training and research. If you want to dig into the science behind it he has a lot of stuff out there. BTW impressive VO2 max. I am in the low 60's hope to be at your level when I hit 50.
