TRX squats and pistol squats

Started experimenting with these recently; essentially leaning back, facing the bands, and doing either high rep regular squat (feels hack squat-ish) or single leg pistol squats, using the bands for balance.
Thoughts/feedback on effectiveness? It’s giving me something; just wanting other people’s perspectives

I do them and it's one of the ways I teach kids to squat. I like to do them with a weighted vest, especially rear foot elevated split squats.
