Hey yall, so I'm gonna be traveling the next month or so, without access to weights or machines or anything like that. I will be doing a lot of hiking, so not worried about cardio or lower body work, but I am wondering if anyone of yall know of an upper body routine that works well when you're short on time and have no equipment (even pullup bars). Thanks yall

most hotels have mini gyms with dumbells. If not, pushups, chair dips, situps, squats, lunges, planks.

Get a good set of resistance bands to bring with you. Can do a number of upper body workouts and they are easy to pack and travel with.

Find a playground and hit it early before the kiddos arrive. Pullups, dips, inverted rows, bar push ups.

Bands are very easy and adaptible. They're a solid start.

Look at Josh Bryant's channel on YouTube, Jailhouse Strong. He has a ton of videos on workouts that you can do in a hotel room, probably the best compilation of travel workouts for free I've seen.

Might be worth it to invest in a suspension rig.
