They must love a firm unforgiving ride. That’s the first shoe I’ve ever had to toss before a hundred miles.

I’m glad people love them like I said but that shoe may have put me off revlite for good.

I need some quiver killer suggestions. I'm really looking for a sub 9 ounce 0-6 drop shoe that doesn't feel like I'm running on fresh dog turds or strapped two pieces of stone on my feet. (BTW I cannot do barefoot shoes)

I know that I'm being picky but I got to live with these things 7-8 hours a week for 50-60 miles.

What was you ownership experience with them? How many miles did they last? Upside, downside? Speed work?

TIA

Thanks Baw! I was looking at those and they are my leader even though nobody has them yet. I'm really wanting to explore all my options as I'm tired of buying so many shoes. Like you, I'm just the biggest shoe slut. I'm an addict and trying to cut back.

Reviews were all good from my reading.

I like my razor 2s all though I don’t wear them too often due to wanting others to wear out first.

Exact same sole as my Go Run 6s; great shoe. Reason I'm not going back is because of that crevice that runs down the middle of the sole that rocks get stuck and I need something more responsive for tempo runs.

Purchased some Brooks Levitates after Christmas. Love them.
Not a runner by ANY stretch, but I decided I would start training for the Crescent City Classic and have already put 22 miles on them. They're super comfortable.

I ordered another pair of shorts earlier. I'm averaging at least a pair of shorts, shirt/tank or shoes a week.

Go meb razor 2 which is basically the same as the go run 6 that I’m currently pounding on just lighter. Got three hundred on the 6s so I kind of need them.

Picked em up for 31.41. Left lane seems legit and they’ve got a 25% off code going now.

2s. Like I said earlier, it’s basically the same shoe as the go run 6 so I already know how well they’ll preform. Need to retire the 6 soon.

Sorry. I missed that you said that.

2s are fast. I think you’ll like them for tempos.

I actually have 2 pairs.

Red ones

and.....

Not saying it’s the shoes but I’ve got more Strava KOMs in those than any others.

Yeah, they basically check all my boxes for an everyday trainer. Light, low drop, responsive, cushioned but not soft. I think Skechers will continue to be my go to ground pounder.

Y’all have sold me on these at this price point. Gonna retire the Adidas Solar Boost to casual/work wear. 10 oz of clunkiness, stiff upper and everytime I go out in them I have ITB or ankle pain afterwards.

Do they run true to size? Better yet, I may try to swing by the Skechers outlet store today and see if they have them to try on.

It’s a shame right? Boost is such a good material but adidas won’t make an upper that’s worth a damn and they refuse to shed weight.

And yeah, true to size.

i find them to be a tad narrow in the toe box, but that doesn't bother me.

i don't know if you can find the gomeb razors in a skechers store. they're discontinued so probably online only. there is a new razor 3 that is the updated version.

mind you, i bought mine for $20 at a Burke's outlet.

Welp, I just impulsed out and grabbed a pair of the Go Run 600’s in red. Yeah, she said they don’t get any of the Meb shoes at the Outlet. $50 so I’m good with it.

Edit: Didn’t realize there is a difference in 6 and 600’s. The reviews/specs I have been looking at were for the 6, not 600. These are 10 oz shoes. Think I’ll probably bring them back. Had my son with me so I was distracted. I just slipped one on for size. Glad I did though; had to go down 1/2 size.
