I have been using them the past 2 weeks and I feel like I have had a decrease in soreness post workout. Anyone use these regularly? What's your experience?

yeah I used to use Xtend BCAAs for longest time then I switched to Amino Energy a few months back. its great because it has about 100mg of caffeine and 5g of AA in it so 2-3 scoops are perfect. good clean energy and I feel recovered. Xtend was good too but I wanted to save money and combine Bcaa and pre

I've been using Evlution Nutrition BCAA Energy and the BCAA Lean Energy and like them so far.

I’ve been using Xtend lately. I’ve been working out with and without BCAAs during my workout and I ABSOLUTELY notice a difference.

I've used them and they've always helped with recovery. I've always drank them during my workouts as it helped me drink more water when I was lifting since it had an actually taste.

I use this, it is just like taking any other powedered preqorkout supplement

the only issue is you need to buy it in bulk or buy a couple containers at a time because you may be taking up to 4 scoops and the amount just doesn't last as long

I’m curious to see benefits. I do lots of combined Lifting and Running workouts where I lift for an hour and run for 30-60 mins. Considering BCAAs to reduce muscle breakdown. I also tend to be on the low end of the protein scale since I eat mostly plant based meals most of the time.
