The Beach Fitness Club Baton Rouge

anyone belong to The Beach (the old Foxy's / GymFit)? I used to belong to Fusion in Dutchtown and like that style of gym. This looks a bit like that. Is it a decent place to work out?

I’ve been and like the style and equipment. The name sucks but they did put some money into it to get it running

My wife (no pics) uses it. Equipment has slowly been getting upgraded. Building got renovated with Premier South owners bought it. Not a bad price, but I use Crunch for a much cheaper price.
Wife likes going to the classes they offer. There's a large variety.
I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for, but I think this place is ideal for group training stuff and free weights for the average person.

sounds exactly what im looking for. Ive belonged to a lot of gyms over the years but as im getting older, I just want average Joe type stuff with a nice environment and other options for working out.

Bump,
I’m here right now on a day pass. For weight lifting, I love it. It has everything and more. More room than Spectrum and less crowded. Not the newest equipment but definitely serviceable. I may make the switch
