Thanos bar, is it legit?

I keep getting ads for this thing called the x3 bar
X3 bar
Basically it’s a resistance band deal and the dude (who looks like thanos) says that it works better than free weights because it provides more resistance where you’re stronger at the end of range of motion and less where you’re weak at the start of a rep
Also his philosophy is to hit every rep to failure once a day and that’s it so it’s like 10 minutes a day
It costs 550 so it feels kinda pricey but I’m kinda lazy so I’ll spend money to save time

You can make that with a broomstick and rougue resistance bands.

That's just accomodating resistance. You can do better with these and a little research:
