Yes my sleep has been a lot better and my recovery is off the chart. It helps keep my workouts on track. I have been watching glucose levels. I specifically asked my Doctor about them.

I read taking MK -677 at night helped with the hunger issue.

What are you takes on this? I was told that I needed to get mine way down because it was a little over 1,000. Range in the 102-415 area...?

What do you ask for to get those specific measurements? My annual physical didn’t provide a lot of insight.

So I get

Total test, shgb/free test, estrogen, igf, cdc with differential, tsh+free, vit d, psa total and comprehensive metabolic profile done at urology. I get cholesterol and other things checked at GP.

Crazy seeing someone at 59 have a test level naturally higher than mine at 33. I start injections on Thursday, pretty nervous about it.

You’ll be fine. I was too at first but glad I started and they aren’t difficult to administer or anything

you will be fine. when you start giving yourself the shots, use 1ml syringe, 20g needle to draw and then switch to a 27g 1/2" needle and inject in the fat of the stomach. nice and easy and painless. keep shots small so 2-3 shots per week.

painless this way.

I am. Been on it since July. But I’m having a lot of issues getting my levels to balance, and I feel it.

I think I posted my 3 month labs on Page 2.

well we want dhea levels to be higher. it reflects anabolism. but in trt patients its less important but its still good to keep it in the higher "normal levels"

dhea to cortisol ratio is more important ratio. trying to get a 2:1 or greater dhea to cortisol ratio

ok so got my test back from gp today

main thing i was checking for was cholesterol. he does a cbc and a basic metabolic profile, same as my urologist does, but does a lipid profile and a urinalysis unlike urologist.

cholesterol total- 193
Trig- 96
C/H -3.7
HDL- 52
LDL-122
VLDL- 19.2

these are really good numbers for me. Especially the HDL and total. I dont really care much about total, i mainly focus on trig and hdl numbers along with glucose.

glusocse was 94 this time vs 89 on friday so pretty consistent.

only other changes were

AST-75
ALT- 104

not surprising to be honest as saturday night...put a pretty good hurtin on my liver with the wine festival here in LC. Also prolly didnt help i had a long hard workout sunday night on top of mowing and coaching football all day.

prolly have it rechecked in 6 months and see where that is.

Interesting …I have been watching my Cholesterol which has been trending down. I think its mostly due to eating cleaner and working out more.

Trig- 66
HDL- 52
LDL-144
VLDL- 12

AST 24
ALT 20

What about the AST and ALT numbers?

Those are fine, it’s for liver. But I drank a lot on Saturday for first time in prolly 6-8 months. My liver isn’t used to that so mine are stupid high.

Is this the way to go? My doctor prescribed 22g 1-1/2in needles for injection. Been injecting 200mg every other week. Do you find the stomach injections easier? I’ve been having some soreness after injection. I e been injecting on the hip. Thinking about going with the smaller needle and stomach injection

Same cookie cutter shite my md prescribed. After some reading I started 100mg/week rather than 200mg every other week. You’ll get huge peaks and troughs going bi weekly. I use 27g 1/2” to the deltoid btw. No harpoons needed.

My first set of labs since starting is pending now so I’m anxious to see where I’m at. Feeling better but still pretty damn tired. That could be the 14 wk old Bebe doing that though.

not sure who the top ones are but several people I know use southern urology. There’s also a couple anti aging clinics in town but they require you to go in weekly for shots, frick all that.

HOLY frick BRO!!! might as well drive down to mexico and get the sustanon redijects. jesus i guess you are having post injection pain

yes my way is the way to go. not only will you be getting much more stable injections, you will not even feel the injection.

start at 33mg per shot. i assume you have 200mg/ml cypionate so you would take about .2 ml(CC) per shot. do that 3x per week or do .15ml eod.
