I have a Long history with back issues, even though I'm 33. 12 years or so. Usually the bulging disc rears it's head about twice a year, I deal with it for 2 weeks and I'm good to go. I had a flare up at the end of February and I'm still fighting it. My hips got about 1.5 inches out of alignment and my spine was shifted. Still have intermittent leg pain and foot tingles if I sit too much. I'm a most back to straight after weeks of therapy, but wondering if anyone had input on supplements and if they would help. The ones I'm kind of seeing that I may benefit from are glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen.
Any experience with these? Any recs for or against these or something that I haven't seen yet?

The best advice is plenty of mobility.
As far as supplements ... i'm sure any anti-inflammatory is good. But that's just going to hide whatever issues you have - not fix them.
I believe Turmeric Curcumin has some natural anti-inflammatory effects but you may want to research that - its been a while.
But again, not trying to sound preachy, but don't try to mask the issue. Fix it!

Eat keto and your inflammation will be reduced significantly. It’s free and you don’t need to put any unneeded chemicals into your body.
