Did you inject the BPC subcutaneously or intramuscular?

First, do no more cortisone injections.

I was rearended by a big truck last year. Injuries severely limited my ability to work out.
In the end, ibuprofin helped a ton.
Moreso, I got back in the gym (10 days later) and lifted anything that didnt hurt. Simple range of motion for things that were injured.

Kept me in the routine....and I believe the exercise helped my injuries heal faster.

Im 43. Just benched 340.
Routine and patience is the key in my opinion.

im calling bull on the deer antler stuff.

I had "tendonitis" so after forever of dealing with it i went see a doc. Ended up with a bone spur rubbing on the tendon and eventually the spur cracked.
This spur caused tricep issues. PT fixed it but now i have to keep an eye on it. I cant do skull crushers and have to watch my ROM for triceps. Only remedy is surgery but its not worth it as long as i can work around it.
My point being, go get checked if it doesnt go away with RICE or continuously comes back
