Should I invest in a glute/ham developer or a reverse hyper extension machine for my gym?

I still have a gym membership that has a GHD and a Roman chair.
Since I don’t have dumbbells and kettlebells for my gym at the moment, I do need something else for my hamstrings and back.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

Nordic Curl bench.
I’ve been doing GHD for years and the Nordic is kicking my arse.

Yes, just like a normal bench but has the Nordic leg part. I’m gradually lowering my base for Nordics.

I have a ghd, if I had to choose for just me it would be reverse hyper, the foldable one and then do nordics

I know rogue has a portable reverse hyper machine. Guess I’ll go with that or the nordic

I just left Wodapalooza and a vendor called Nord Stick had a product that can attach to a rig or under a door.
I have a flier somewhere with discount code if interested. I’ll probably add one for my home gym.
The rep there was a friend I have worked out with before and he said that he hates doing deadlifts but worked in a daily program with the Nordic stick over the last few months. He tested his 1RM and hit a 45lb PR.
Dave Lipson was extremely interested and took one home to use himself.

thats the nordic stick. get that and the scout reverse hyper from rogue imo
if you wanted you could also get just the echo pad from rogue(currently the cheapest on the market) and combine with the nordic stick to have capability for all 3 (ghd, nordic, reverse hyper) for about the same price as a quality GHD.

Yeah that’s the specific model I was looking at, The Scout!

Haven’t tried the code. Just got back into town.

For nordics, try a barbell with plates on, on top of a couple small plates or just put dumbbells in front of the plates to keep it from rolling
