Should probably go see my general doctor. Trying to find time to though. I’m a 31 year old male, healthy. 150 lbs. Need to exercise more. The last few days I’ve had this weird feeling in my ribs, hard to explain it seems like there’s a sensitive achiness sensation. Haven’t had any trauma to them. Almost seems like it goes to my back a little bit too. Is there a good stretch that could help with my ribs/back? Maybe it’s a pulled muscle?

Have you done any core exercises lately or moved boxes at the house?

I had something similar in my collarbone area — I had costochondritis per X-ray results. Inflammation in the cartilage. Hurt like hell and I couldn’t lay down flat without issues breathing. This was like 25 years ago — guess they gave me steroids? I do remember pain meds as it got to where it just hurt to breathe.

Good luck.
