It's a supplement that's supposed to increase your norepinephrine. Matt Stirling, some famous bodybuilder guy, is pushing it.

They claim it's super safe and will get you shredded.

Figured I'd ask the supp/biochemical bros what the hype is all about.

Looks like it's pretty dead in here but I'll keep asking anyways.

So, one thing I don't understand is that in the beginning of this promo video I watched Stirling says that it's a problem that guys don't eat enough.

But then later on he says Blade is a great appetite suppressant? And people rave about that in the reviews.

And why do all fatburner supplements have to have over 200 mg of caffeine combined with other shite that are stimulants? I don't want to have a freaking heart attack.

And every time I see the words "proprietary blends", all I hear is "more chance of undesirable side effects".

I know there are supplements that help in certain areas of growth or reducing. I have absolutely done my share and given my money away. No matter how much I spent or what I took, I have never found anything that changed me physically. Altered maybe but never changed. My body has a genetic "center" it always comes back to and the older I get the longer it can take to get there. As for ingredients in supplements, I have never seen one claiming to be a fat burner that did not include something that jacked my heart rate. You find the magic beans, let us know.

I kept coffee the same and had EC only. I just used Tylenol, Advil or Aleve for headaches.
