What’s this board’s opinion of using these for workouts? Due to a variety of factors, I’m no longer able to get to the gym regularly and no room for full bench with bar at home.

Not into competitive bodybuilding, just try to stay fit. Been looking at some with 140 lb resistance that I’m hoping, coupled with riding recumbent bike for cardio and mixing things up with my dumbbells will keep me from getting too soft.

Never used these when I was a frequent gym goer so would like feedback from any of you gym rats who have used them. TIA

I lost a good bit of muscle by trying out a bow flex. You can't beat free weights.

I have resistance bands and yeah you can get a good workout. Do some calisthenics too.

I agree free weights are the GOAT although I think there is something to be said for changing up one’s routine. I had a buddy years ago, when bow flex first came out, that bought one and made amazing gains in short order so surprised to hear you say you lost muscle.
