Anyone a member over there on Gov't street? Looking for testimonials outside of site-sponsored or affiliated avenues. Is the In-Scan really worth the $175/month ask? Tailored meal plan stuff sounds nice - does it work for you?

Red Stick has the most competition level CF people compared to other CF gyms in the area.

Yeah I'm the latter for sure. Couldn't give one fook about competition. Just the coaching (without paying for 1:1) and classwork is what appeals to me.
