Red light therapy

I got one. I think it helps me with inflammation. My muscles don’t hurt as much after hard workouts. I sit in front of it most days for about 20 minutes.

I also feel like it helps me in the winter months when you don’t see the sun for a week or two.

I bought one off of Alibaba for about $400 last year. It’s probably about a $1200-1500 panel if you get it from one of the us companies importing them and branded them.
