I know I'm more than 50 lbs over weight, but I'm not going to go the drug route. I want to do this the right way with hard work. I'm down 14 lbs in 2 months (44 lbs total in 1 yr) from just working hard and monitoring what I eat. Currently its just water, multi vitamin, and a caffeine pill in the morning before my workout. Protein focused breakfast and portion control with lunch and dinner.

Bonus of the weight loss is reduced alcohol tolerance. Had 4 beers Saturday after the Bama game and they hit pretty hard. A year ago I felt nothing after 4.

i applaud that. i really do. if you can do it that away...do it.

i was just trying to take the stigma away from it because it really is no different than guys popping a ECA stack or anythign else. still takes work, but it can make it much easier.

i hate when people are like....he lost weight, but...he used this or that...like they dont have the same opportunity.

i guess in many ways same thing that bothers me when people say yea he is huge but....

What are you guys thoughts on metformin?

Go read my post on page 2 of this thread.

I've lost 65lbs since May 1.

Metformin
keto diet
walk 1.5-2 miles every day

Yes you'll have the shits at first. It calmed down for me after a month or so.
