Yea i do the traditional 4 day a week plan. I just wear down if i'm trying to make gains without eating enough calories. I am exhausted and get injured

He’s talking about calorie consumption. Keto or not he needs to eat enough calories. Keto is hard to eat enough calories due to the satiety of the foods involved today I ate 12 eggs and 28 oz of top sirloin steak to barely get to 2500 calories.

Yea basically it's a total calories in problem for me. As you said it's hard to eat 3k calories on Keto or anything that doesn't include pounds of potatoes a day.
I eat pretty clean/low carb when I'm not lifting heavy. not Keto really but lower than 100g a day. in the fall/winter I'm over 250g a day which is still not that high
