Anyone else looking forward to the leangains book? Been a big support of Martin for years so I'm pretty excited. I doubt it will have anything groundbreaking for me specifically, but I want to read it so I can buy more copies for some friends and get them on the leangains pain train.

so being a puss and cutting my fasting off at 330 today. 66 hours total. Getitng bad brain fog and these last 27 hours of dry fasting has killed me.

So it can be if you have a lot of toxins to remove from the body. I just came off of a wet fast so I am ok. Honestly I wont go longer then 36 on a dry fast without taking whats called kidney shots which is a combo of baking soda, organic apple cider vinigar and lemon juice. Prolly wont do a dry fast when not coming off of a wet fast without them either.
its not that its hard on your kidneys its just it has no where to send all the toxins it is filtering and can cause stones.

I’ve listened to that a-hole yell at me for long enough, might as well at least try it.
What are you and LBT up to now,72ish hours at a time? Idk if I can go that long, but I can damn sure try.
I was up all night last night after legs yesterday, feet and calves cramping like a mother fricker. Idk if my potassium levels are low or if I’m just dehydrated. I’ve been stressed AF lately at work, water intake is probably suffering, I get that way when I’m distracted I think.

We are chilling until Monday. Starting Monday we are doing the following
Monday-lift and eat keto. Eating window 5-9 or 6-10
Tuesday- dry fast from night before for 22 hours and then cucumber and coconut water
Wednesday- dry fast until eating window. Lift and keto just like Monday
Repeat this, lifting on Friday and then fasting on Saturday and have one meal eating whatever. About a 2-3 hour eating window. Sunday fast and do the cucumber and coconut water.

Doing this until I go on vacation the 20th
