Puking after workouts

Sup ya'll. Long time reader, first time poster. I've appreciated the valuable info on this board and wanted to sign up?
I've always had the problem of puking immediately after a workout has finished. Anyone else get this? It's happened since I started working out for football back in high school.
I'm in good shape. Workout 4-5 times a week. Never had any health issues, but I puke during after every workout that requires moderate exertion or above. Leg day, I'll puke mid workout and get back to it because I'm not a pussy cucked liberal.
Any idea what's up? Is it aids? Dick cancer?
Thanks bros.

You sound like a winner.

Maybe you are training more intense than what you think
The science today says that puking isn't necessarily an indicator of a good workout
What does your program and diet consists of?

Me neither
Came close but that was due to being hungover and doing a heavy squat day

Might be low blood sugar. Eat a little something before you work out. Maybe a little dry toast.

You need to eat some good carbs before. Your body is lacking what it needs to get thru the workout

It could be that but it's been a long time that it's happening. I'm in my early 30s so nearly 20 years of workouts always ends in puking haha.
A typical leg day for me might be something like:
Squats 4x5
Walking Lunges 4x8
Leg Press 3x8
Straight Leg Deadlift 3x8
Standing Calf Raises
Thanks for the advice boys. I'll try to check out what I'm eatin

I feel like more info is needed. I only want to throw up if I eat and/or drink a bunch right before lifting. Most noticeably deadlift, squat, and leg press related.

If I remember correctly, this nausea is caused by lactic acidosis - a heavy buildup of lactic acid in the bloodstream. High intensity workouts have been known to cause this, especially leg days. I had it happen a couple times years ago but not in a long while.

Exactly it's lactic acid build up more than likely. Can be caused by cns fatigue though too. More than likely he needs to get better nutrition especially some high quality carbs and protein about two hours before the training.

I think I am going to throw up after a really intense workout of thrusters.

Haha wtf you think, it's prolly why you are getting sick in the first place. Terrible for you anyways

I drink it with my protein post workout.

Sounds like a huge waste of time. Just squat a heavy 5x5.
