Should I try it? I have very bad memory due to a surgery a few years ago. For instance I'll walk to the kitchen and completely forgot what I'm doing. Also will lose the internal dialogue that we all have. I'm about to turn 30. Going to try to beat this.

This is probably a dumb question: have you consulted a doc about this? Aren’t there some prescription drugs such as those that are prescribed to stroke victims or dementia and Alzheimer’s patients that might help you?

If he hasn't, he should. There should be a plan of treatment for this.

I don’t give serious advice on here often, but I tell all my patients, save your money. They literally got sued for making false claims. Prevagen is worthless


ETA: And as others said, consult your doc, you’ll probably need a Neuro work up
