I sold one on Facebook Marketplace. There’s a lot of treadmills on there so I had to go cheaper than I wanted.

Find a shipping company that can take it out with a ramp and send it over.

No issues that I am aware of. Got it 11 + years ago and had serviced with new belts. Hardly used over the years and really not at all since pre-Covid.
