Popping and clicking in hip?

I got by a truck while I was on my bike on River Road a week ago and amazingly kinda walked away clean. I’ve done long rides and runs since with no pain, but I do notice my hip that I fell on will click and pop, whereas it’s never done that before. Any clue what might be goin on?

Interested in this also. My left one pops all the time when stretching/doing certain movements, where as my right doesn’t.

Most popping is due to inflammation, which is common after trauma. If it aggravates you, a doctor would probably subscribe an anti-inflammatory.
I have a constant popping in my sternum. Has me a bit worried.
