Pin squats are the devils lift

Just did a 1rm then back off sets of pin squats. Those are tough. If you don't stay tight, you ain't getting it.

I haven't done them in a long time, remind me, are they worse than long paused squats? And by long time I mean 15+ years.

I'd say harder for me. It's slower eccentric and full stop. The paused is still close too full tempo. They are the same but different. I can't convey exactly what I'm thinking.

That just burns. Try Widowmaker squats then come back to me with that is all. That will be the end of you lol

This is some Pete Sisco type stuff. Lot of people seem to not like him but I enjoy his programs. You virtually have to find a spotter though, and it is hard to get a workout partner for a Sisco program

Didn’t know 20 reps was called widowmaker. Love em. Do that on fronts.
